Reservations and Payments: When you wish to make a reservation with us, please provide the information about the hotel(s) you choose type of room required and the dates of arrival and departure. Once we confirm the space, please follow the instructions regarding payment that our reservation agent will provide for you via email. Your reservation will be reconfirmed at this time. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Dinner card. Peru Hotel info will handle all personal information with total confidentiality, and in no other way will this information be used, aside from what we detail. Cancellations and Refund: All cancellations must be made in writing to Peru Travel Info and once the reservation is paid, if for any reason the guess is a no-show, a proportion of the payment (normally the first hotel night and an administrative fee) will be lost. If you desire to postpone the reservation until a future date, please communicate with our sales agent who will assist you in the best way possible. Please bear in mind that each hotel has their own individual policies for cancellations and changes.

All services are provided by reliable operators who are not owned or controlled by Peru Travel info. Peru Travel Info, Inc. and their agents and employees cannot therefore be liable for death, personal injury, or any other event over which it has no control. Peru Travel info, Inc. and their agents and employees shall not be responsible or liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or any act, including any acts of terrorism, war, industrial actions, civil unrest, acts of government or God and any omission, neglect, error or omission in the provision of any services. Any travel involves some measure of personal risk that the passenger must determine. The sole and exclusive responsibility of any airlines involved in your tour shall be in accordance with and as limited by the contract of carriage in the passenger’s ticket, the application tariffs and the provisions of the Warsaw Convention. The airlines are not responsible or liable for any act, omission or occurrence during the time passengers are not on board its aircraft. All the tour services, other than transportation provided by the airlines, are provided by independent contractors that do not act on behalf of the airlines, and with whom the airlines do not have any business association or relationship. The airlines shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy of the tour brochure or representations made by the tour operator(s).

Land, Air and Tour Cost: Total package price is based upon fares at the time of booking the reservations and are subject to change at any time due to increases in rates for services, hotel rooms and meals, government and schedules, including departure and return dates, may be changed at any time without notice prior to ticketing. If there is an increase or decrease in applicable fares or services, changes to the total package will be made. Fare or tour cost increase will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. We will not be responsible for any changes in airline, train and/or boat transportation schedule or fares, cancellations, loss or damage to baggage or over booking.

Accommodations: If a change in hotels or lodges listed becomes necessary for any reason, hotels or lodges substituted will be the equivalent of those shown. Passport and Visas: Please check with your travel consultant regarding the most recent passport and visa requirements and associated fees for the countries being visited. We will attempt to inform all travelers of any change to such requirements. However, all travelers should check with appropriate consulates to determine any specific rules may apply to them.

Health Requirements: We strongly urge travelers to check with their personal physicians or local health board for suggestions regarding the country that you will be visiting. Certain vaccinations or health certifications may be required or recommended. Please ask your travel consultant for additional details.

Travelers Who Need Special Assistance: Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants, but we are not responsible for any denial of service by guides, carriers, lodges, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers. Unless arranged and paid for in advanced, we cannot provide individual assistance to tour members for walking, dining, and getting on and off motor coaches or there transportation vehicles. Travelers who require such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.
